We are excited to have Coach Sofi Marin join us to discuss fueling for women cyclists. As we add on the mileage in our rides, it is important that we fuel our bodies to keep us strong throughout the many miles. Coach Sofi will discuss overall fueling and hydration and also what women need to consider for fueling when accounting for the menstrual cycle & peri-/meno-pause.

About Coach Sofi
Coach Sofi is a Certified Sports Nutritionist, experienced USA Cycling Coach and Cat 1 cyclist with over two decades of experience in athletics and nutrition. She delivers individualized nutrition and cycle coaching designed to propel you to the next level, optimizing your performance, body composition and health. Coach Sofi combines her expertise in exercise physiology and training techniques with evidence-based nutrition principles to help clients reach a higher level of health and performance. In addition to working one-on-one with clients, Coach Sofi has worked with a UCI Women's WorldTour Team, USA Cycling Junior Development Program, and consulted for companies like Osmo Nutrition.
