Strength & Stretching for Women Cyclists: Bands, Balls & Rollers

We are excited to host a virtual interactive event on Strength & Stretching exercises for women cyclists! Our presenter, Katie Hall, will be explaining & demonstrating how to use bands, balls and rollers for strength & stretching exercises specific for cyclists. Come in your comfy clothes as you'll be following along with Katie as she shows us a series of exercises to help us strengthen our bodies and keep us injury free for our cycling adventures. Bring your bands, balls & roller to use during the event.

Katie is a retired pro-cyclist and physical therapy student at the University of Washington. She is also a 2010 RAMROD finisher.
